Here’s what the locals do on their days off:

Plan ahead and ask our front desk staff to reserve
your Key West adventure for you…at no extra cost!

    Dry Tortugas National Park
Almost 70 miles (112.9 km) west of Key West lies a cluster of seven islands, composed of coral reefs and sand, called the Dry Tortugas. The Fort was built in the 1800’s to protect the Gulf of Mexico but never fired a single shot in battle. Originally called Las Tortugas (“the turtles” in Spanish) because of the abundance of sea turtles and marine life. A day at the Dry Tortugas National Park starts with a ferry ride, including a continental breakfast, guided tour of the Fort, buffet lunch and snorkel gear to view the beauty of the Dry Tortugas.

    All Day Water Adventure
Enjoy a fun-filled day on the water aboard a large catamaran. Your day will start with a continental breakfast while sailing to the coral reef for snorkeling. This is the US’s only living coral reef. Next, enjoy a buffet lunch before parasailing, jet skiing, jumping on a water trampoline, and kayaking. Finally, enjoy a happy hour sail back to Key West.

    Sunset Sail
One of our staff’s favorite things to do! Enjoy Key West’s world famous sunset aboard a large catamaran with live music, smaller sailboat with a wine tasting or aboard one of the historic vessels. Some include snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine.
    $35 - $70…adult

    Sunset Gourmet Dinner Cruises
Enjoy a romantic gourmet dinner aboard a small yacht or sailboat while enjoying Key West’s beautiful sunset
    $65 -$150 per person
    Snorkeling Trips
Travel out to the coral reef (the US’s only living coral reef) and snorkel for half a day. Witness all of the marine wildlife living in the waters surrounding Key West.
    $38 - $75…adults
    Scuba Diving
Dive the US’s only living coral reef. Go sea wreck diving, watch tropical fish on the coral reef or dive the newly sunken Vandenburg. The Gen. Hoyt S. Vandenberg is a 530-ft retired missile-tracking ship that was recently sunk approximately 6 miles from Key West to create an artificial reef.
Kayak through the backcountry mangrove islands with a guide or by yourself. Relaxing and invigorating!
    Dolphin Watching
Take a boat ride out to observe dolphins in their natural habitat. These beautiful creatures are a common site in Key West.
Visit the Key West Golf Club for a round of gulf surrounded by palm trees.
