Rates may be higher for holidays and special events. Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. There is a $20 charge for each extra person per night. Rates do not include sales tax. Rates may be higher for weekends, holidays and special events. Please call for rates. A minimum stay may be required for weekends, holidays and special events. Please note that pets are not allowed, service dogs are gladly accepted. 50% deposit required on all reservations. Balance of payment in full is required upon check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash or Travelers Checks. No refund for early departures. Cancellations are required 14 days in advance (more for holidays and special events.) There is a 15% handling fee on reservations with 14 days notice. Without the 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check-in time is between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m or later by prior arrangement. Check-out time is always before 11:00 a.m.

	Rates at The Wicker Guesthouse include continental breakfast each morning and free limited parking. All rates are based on double occupancy except for the two-bedroom units, which covers up to four people. Some studio rooms have two beds and can accommodate up to four people. Our deluxe rooms are the favorites for our honeymoon or anniversary couples.
Our island jewel has a year-round temperature averaging 77 degrees. The Wicker Guesthouse is the ideal spot for a getaway or family reunion. Our expert concierge staff is pleased to help you select and make arrangements for the many watersports opportunities... snorkeling, fishing, diving, back country kayaking, parasailing, sunset sails and more. We welcome families with children; in fact we have an "historic" playhouse in the garden just for kids!
	A deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance being due upon arrival. In the event of early departure, payments are non-refundable. There is a $20/night charge for each additional person in your room. Rates may be higher with minimum stay requirements during holidays and special events. We accept all major credit cards.
